What we do
Tree care, start to clean finish
No job too big, no job too small — and the yard gets put back the way we found it.
-
Tree Trimming
Shaping and thinning that keeps a tree healthy instead of just shorter. Deadwood out, weight off the limbs that overhang the roof, and the cuts made where the tree can actually heal.
-
Tree Removal
Whole-tree removals, including the awkward ones — tight back yards, trees leaning on a fence line, limbs hanging over the house. Roped down in sections when there's no room to drop it.
-
Canopy Elevation
Lifting the lower canopy so you can mow under it, park under it, and see the house from the road again. Taken to the right height so the tree keeps its shape.
-
Planting
New trees put in properly: the right species for the spot, the hole dug to the right width, and the root flare set at grade so it survives past the first season.
-
Landscaping
Bed work, brush clearing, and cleaning up the ground around the trees once the tree work is finished.
-
Any hour
Storm & Emergency
Split trunks, limbs on the roof, a tree across the drive. Call any hour — storms don't wait for business hours, and neither do we.
Tree came down at 2am?
So did we. Storm damage doesn't keep office hours — call and a real person picks up.
Who you're calling
Charles Grooms
Owner · Tree Specialist
Immaculate Tree & Trim is Charles Grooms — owner, tree specialist, and the person who shows up to look at your tree.
The name is the whole standard. Plenty of outfits will take a tree down and leave you a yard full of ruts, sawdust and stacked brush to deal with. The job isn't finished here until the ground looks like nobody was ever on it.
Every estimate is free and given in person, because you can't price a tree off a photo. Fully insured, so a limb coming down near your roof is our problem and not yours.
How it goes
Four steps, no surprises
From the first call to a yard you'd never know we'd been in.
-
You call
Any hour, day or night. Storm damage doesn't wait for business hours, so neither does the phone.
-
We come and look
Free, and in person. You can't price a tree off a photo — we need to see what's holding it up and what's underneath it.
-
We do the work
Fully insured, roped down in sections wherever there's a roof, a fence or a line in the way.
-
We clean up
The part most outfits skip. Brush gone, ruts raked out — nobody should be able to tell we were ever there.
Satisfaction at its finest
Questions
Straight answers
The things people ask before they hand over a chainsaw job.
Are you insured?
Fully insured. That matters most on the jobs where something is hanging over a roof, a fence or a line — if it goes wrong, it's covered, and it isn't coming out of your homeowner's policy. Ask and we'll show you.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. Estimates are free, and we give them in person rather than over the phone.
How do you work out a price?
By looking at it. Height and spread, which way it leans, what's underneath it, and whether we can get equipment near it — those decide the job, and none of them read properly off a photo. Two trees the same height can be very different jobs.
Do you work nights and weekends?
We're open 24 hours, seven days. Storms don't keep office hours, so if a tree comes down at two in the morning, call — that's exactly when you should.
Do you clean up when you're finished?
Yes, and it's the part we care most about — it's where the name comes from. Brush gone, ruts raked out. You shouldn't be able to tell anyone was ever in the yard.
Which areas do you cover?
Springfield, Dayton, Columbus and the surrounding areas — Clark, Montgomery, Greene and Franklin counties, and plenty in between. If your town isn't on our list, call anyway; if we can get there, we will.

Tell us about the tree
Name and phone is all we need to get started. The more you can tell us about the tree — how big, how close to the house, whether it's still standing — the faster we can get you a number.
